Press start and pause the game, then enter the following:
Unlimited health: R, Left, L, Right, Up, Select, Left.
500 bullets: R, Left, L, Right, Up, Select, Right.
Level select: R, Left, L, Right, Up, Select, R.
High pitched voices: R, Left, L, Right, Up, Select, L.
