To unlock cheats, do the following. Go to the main menu and push the following buttons:
(2 times) DPad Left
(2 times) DPad Right
(2 times) Up
(2 times) Down
(2 times) X
(2 times) Y
Then, go to the options menu and find there a menu "Cheats". There will be three options to choose from.
