Taxi Bike: when in Arcade or Original mode, press and hold L, then R. Then let go of L and then R.
Unlock Another Day Mode: press R at the character selection screen, then release it. Then, hold R and press A.
Disable Destination Indicator: hold L + Start after choosing your time limit and before the character selection screen appears.
