To get all Characters and Equipment, in the beginning of the game when it asks you to create a file enter Golf_Gone_Wild.
Enter the following cheats during the gameplay (hold L):
Shrink Ball: Down, Down, Down, Up.
Larger Ball: Up, Up, Up, Down.
