Edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\\18 wos pedal to the metal" directory and locate the "uset g_console" line. Change its value from "0" to "1". Then, press ~ while in the game and enter one of the following codes:

Addition 10 to prestige: cheat star
Maximum prestige: cheat stars
All free drivers: cheat drivers
All truck dealers: cheat dealers
All drivers, dealers, and $600,000: cheat all
