You have to start the game using the command line parameter launcher.exe –cheats, then press ~ to bring up the console and enter one of the following codes:
givemoney #: get # amount of money
freezeanimals 1: freeze game animals (set 0 to disable)
animalcamera #: show animal camera #
godmode 1: invincibility on (set 0 to disable)
noclip 1: no clipping on (set 0 to disable)
makeplayerinvisible 1: invisibility (set 0 to disable)
