To get Scope, you have to go to West Virginia and find the small white house with the broken fence. If you go down the hill, you can find the trees at the bottom and use the scope (right clicking).
To unlock Max Payne mode, press B while playing and you will unlock slow mode. Otherwise, you can press Shift + B.
To make Hunter be faster, hold Shift during the game.
