Use the following codes when in the game. Hold Alt and type "win" to enable cheat mode, then you can enter one of the following codes:
Infinite resources: Ctrl + F11
Adjust morale, education, or crime: Ctrl + F12
Cheering and applause: Crtl + F8
Rebel Colony mass driver accident: Ctrl + F9
Disaster (CD version): Ctrl + F10
