To unlock Expert R. Dramatic Battle, complete 100 Kumite mode. Then while selecting the option for the Battle mode, hold L + R + Select. Then, choose a world tour character. Successfully complete this mode to unlock unlimited auto-guard Isms.
To play as EX-M.Bison, complete Arcade mode and at the character selection screen, highlight M.Bison and hold Select while choosing him.
To play as Final-Vega, complete Arcade mode and at the character selection screen, highlight Vega and hold Select while choosing him.
