To select a level, go to the White Konami screen and press L2, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Down, Down, Up, Up, Down, Up.
To unlock all characters, go to the White Konami screen and press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle.
