How to get extra lives. Go to button pain and when you get to the first check point there will be a b dong jump on the b dongs. Get to this part with a razor circling you. Jump on to the blue b dong and turn northwest. There you will find about 5 arrow b dongs that take you to an island with 1 b dong. Hit the green button then you will get 8 lives. Now die and return. Keep doing this till you get as much lives as you want.
