To unlock Extreme Difficulty, beat the game using Hard or normal Difficulty.
To unlock Faster Reload, start the reload by pressing the Left Trigger button then immediately press L3 and release to reload the gun.
To unlock Gallery, Trailer and Music Player, beat the game using any difficulty setting.
