Go the the main menu and to the cheats submenu or just pause the game to enter the following codes:
Heal: ImJackCarver
Infinite Adrenaline: Bloodlust
Infinite Ammo: UnleashHell
Enable Evolutions: FeralAttack
All Maps: GiveMeTheMaps
Evolution Game: GiveMeItAll
To deactivate the codes, shut or reboot the console or delete your profile (it's about "all maps").
