Sin Emergence save - with the help of this save you will be able to skip levels.
Sin Emergence trainer - press the key on the NUMPAD to get the following:
1 - Infinite Health
2 - Infinite Ammo/Special/Grenades
3 - Infinite Time Underwater
4 - Super Jump/Fly
5 - Save Position/Teleport
6 - Restore position/Teleport
7 - One Hit Kill
