To unlock Alien Artifact Detector, you have to complete all of the Arkvoodle Cult missions in Albion. Then speak to Shama Llama and return to Bay City to complete the last Arkvoodle Cult mission there. Then, go back to Albion and talk to Shama Llama again and perform what he asks, thus you will unlock the Alien Artifact Detector.
To unlock Furotech Cell Detector, you have to complete all of the Arkvoodle Cult missions in Takashima.
To unlock Final Arkvoodle Cult mission, you have to gather 30 Alien Artifacts.
To unlock Burrow Beast, complete all Arkvoodle Cult missions and you will get this powerful weapon.
To view Gallery in Archives, you have to abduct the specified type of humans and then gene blend them. After the Gallery has been unlocked, you can try to unlock its stuff.
To unlock B-Movies, gather a certain number of Alien Artifacts to have various B-movies in the Archives.
To defeat the Tanks, do the following. When you destroyed the blimps, you will see a lot of tanks. If you are in Two Player mode, the player in the turret can shoot the tanks and the player that is flying can abduct hippies and drain power from the tanks. Use that!
To get Ammo, transmog an item. Note that not all weapons need you to get ammo. To transmog, you have to come up to any item and hold L, then keep pressing A. When you destroy the item by trasmogging it, you'll have ammo for any gun you have.
How to talk to The White Ninja. In Takoshima, after you've completed Arkvoodle cults, you can find one close to the Zen Temple. There will be a White Ninja you have to talk to and he will ask you six qustions. The answers to those questions are B, A, B, C, C, and B.
