Speaking about SimCity 3000, I was surprised when found that I can not only build my own city and try to satisfy all people's needs, but the developers have made it possible to go to the website of this game and to download addons to it. What is more, due to the source editor you have a real chance to show your talent and to maintain your interest to the game. Be sure that your creativity will be appreciated if you share your works with other gamers via the Internet. Though the whole game is quite engaging and well thought-out, the developers have forgotten about the correlation of time with the realities. Thus don't be surprise, if you come across with old buildings or cars at the beginning of a new century or vice versa. Probably it is the main weak side of the game, but disappointing one.
